Meet the Mentors!

Our team has the best mentors who are very dedicated in helping us move through every phase of our challenge and making sure that we do everthing right. Each of our mentors have years of experience in their fields which guides us to reach our goal without any fear.

Mr. Johnston

Leading Mentor

"The best teacher and mentor." Mr. Johnston is Pre-Engineering teacher at Osceola High School and has been running our team for about 16 years. Without his persistence to keep running this team every year, it would not have been possible for our team to be at this height. We are really thankfull to have an instructor like him.

Mr. Nguyen

Leading Mechanical and Driving Coach.

"Make sure you got every inch of your work perfect!" Mr. Nguyen is an engineer at Disney who has been the core force that has driven our team to a greater extent. From mentoring the students in mechanics to coaching them on the field, he has done an immense amount of work that we can not ever forget.

Mr. Sotomayor

Mechanical Mentor

"You better have saftey glasses on or else you would know who he is!" Mr. Sotomayor is an Engineer at Disney and has been with our team since the beginning. He is the reason why all of our members have survived safely through out the years. With his mechnical and designing skills, he has amended our team to a great extent as well.

Mr. Arnaldo

Mechanical Co-Mentor

"Someone who our students can relate to!" Mr. Arnaldo is an engineer at Disney who has been a great part of our team. He is an Alumni of our Moose acadmey who has returned to mentor the new generation of students at our team and share the experience he gained while being in our Moose family.

Mr. Elean

Programing Mentor

"Without his help, it wouldn't be possible to run the robot." Mr. Elean is another Alumni of our Moose acadmey who is currently a senior at the University of Central Florida. To many of the students, he is the epitome of excellence and success. We thank him for the time he takes to share his knowledge and experiences as an honorary member of Moose.
